Mr. Spaulding has successfully represented serious injury victims and their families throughout metro-Atlanta and the entire State of Georgia. Mr. Spaulding received his undergraduate education at the University of Georgia, where he was a member of the Phi Beta Kappa honors fraternity and his law school education at Georgia State College of Law. During law school, Mr. Spaulding clerked with the Honorable Judge Rowland Barnes, Fulton County Superior Court.
He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Atlanta Bar Association, Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and a former board member of the Crime Victims Advocacy Council. Mr. Spaulding is admitted to practice law in all Georgia State Courts, the Northern District of Georgia Federal Court, 11th Circuit Court of Appeals, Georgia Court of Appeals and Georgia Supreme Court.

He is a member of the Cumming-Forsyth County Bar Association and the State Bar of Georgia. She is a past Associate Editor of the ABA Real Property, Probate and Trust Journal (1997-1998) and has litigated numerous cases in the Forsyth County Courts.
Taylor H. Rice, Esq.
Mr. Rice was admitted to practice law in Georgia in 2005 after receiving his undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia and his law degree from Mercer University. He is on the Board of Directors of theRotary Club of Forsyth County and its Treasurer. He is also on the Board of Directors of United Way and serves on its Allocations Committee and is amember of the Cumming-Forsyth County Bar Association and State Bar of Georgia.
